In this role, you will play a vital part in managing tax-related activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting various accounting functions. Responsibilities: Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and non-profit organizations; assist in estate planning activities; support financial statement preparation by applying GAAP and conducting balance sheet reconciliation; conduct account analysis, account reconciliation, and general ledger accounting; utilize accounting and financial software for bookkeeping, asset management, payroll processing, and regulatory reporting; engage in financial analysis and support mergers & acquisitions; manage accounts payable and assist with budgeting, financial planning, and asset management; contribute to non-profit accounting projects; stay current on securities law, private equity, and investment-related tax strategies; collaborate with cross-functional teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance; 0–2 years’ experience in accounting; proficient in Microsoft Excel; must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; fluent in Mandarin (Required).
