# Software Sales & Technical Support Specialist ## About Us We are a small and growing software company specializing in automated diagnostic software for used smartphones. Our software helps electronics refurbishers automate device testing, reduce human error, and improve operational efficiency. Traditional manual testing of a smartphone can take 5–10 minutes. Our software automates many testing processes and reduces testing time to approximately 30 seconds. We're looking for a motivated, tech-savvy individual to help support our business customers and grow our sales. ## Responsibilities - Learn our software by performing hands-on testing of smartphones and tablets. - Provide technical support and customer service to business clients. - Help customers troubleshoot software issues and use our products effectively. - Introduce our software to potential business customers and explain its benefits. - Follow up with prospective clients and help generate sales. - Gather customer feedback and communicate suggestions to our team. ## Qualifications - Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. - Interested in technology, smartphones, and software. - Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn. - Comfortable communicating with business customers and potential clients. - No prior experience with our software is required; training will be provided. ## Compensation - Training period: $25 per hour. - After training: $30 per hour plus bonuses. - Uncapped bonuses: There is no limit on bonus earnings.
