Job Description:
Shipping & Receiving Management
Follow up on daily inbound and outbound processes to ensure quantity accuracy and timely system updates.
Data Maintenance & System Operations
Operate TMS to enter, update, and reconcile data. Maintain BOL, receiving, and shipping records.
Driver Communication & Dispatching
Communicate with drivers in real time to coordinate pickup and delivery times. Arrange the sequence of trucks, empty containers, and driver check-in based on cargo conditions.
Dock Door Scheduling
Allocate dock doors efficiently to improve loading and unloading productivity. Handle on-site emergencies to reduce congestion and wait times.
Working Hours: 6:00 AM － 3:00 PM | 12:00 PM － 9:00 PM | 5:00 PM － 3:00 AM
