岗位描述：
本公司是电商，位于罗兰岗工业市。公司工作氛围轻松，人员简单融洽。
现公司诚意聘请客户服务代表 (Customer Service Representative)。
上班时间：周一到周五，早上9:00 到 下午5:30，午休30分钟。
主要工作：
回复客户的邮件。
帮助客户解决相关订单/产品问题。
处理一些文书工作。
要求：
英文书写能力强。
善于沟通，细心和有耐心，注重团队合作。
对 eBay/Amazon 或者网上销售平台经验者会优先考虑。
Online ecommerce retail company is hiring bilingual customer service representative.
Main duty is to reply customers inquiries and resolve customer issue via emails. Also need to perform other office job such as data entry.
Requirement: detail oriented, self-motive and good communication skill. Experience with eBay/Amazon online selling platform is a big plus.
Pay starts at $23-25 per hour depends on experience.
